Photo Quiz: four alternatives, one right answer
Photo Quiz is the fastest mode in PicEra. Instead of dialling in a date, you get four alternatives and pick the one you believe is right.
It is the mode to play when you want short rounds and instant feedback rather than careful deliberation.
The mechanics
Each round shows one photo and four month-and-year options. One is correct; the others are close enough to be tempting. Choose, and the answer is revealed immediately along with your score for the round.
A quiz session runs five rounds, so a full game takes a couple of minutes.
Scoring and XP
A correct alternative scores full points for the round. Because the options are tightly clustered, a lucky guess is possible but rarely repeatable — accuracy across a whole session is what raises your XP and level.
Quiz-specific badges, including Quiz Master, unlock as you build a record across many sessions.
Where the pictures come from
Photo Quiz draws from the same local photo pool as the rest of the game: your camera roll, read on the device, or the built-in demo photos when you have not granted access.
